Taking its name from the main hop we use this ale delivers a slight citrus burst and a well-balanced fruity bitterness, with a slight spice finish. Put this in the fridge for a hour and try it with a decent cheese platter and you won’t be disappointed.

Some people might refer to this as our “Boring Brown Beer” but we would like to contradict them. For a start it’s not boring; anything but. Well balanced, yes. Sensitive, smooth and unassuming maybe, but boring, never. It’s also not brown. It is a pale amber colour that delivers a refreshing taste that satisfies any day of the week. Great with a ploughman’s or a lunchtime bacon butty.

Bridgnorth IPA

A  fine balance of three distinct hop varieties are brought together to create a subtle sharpness of citrus with undertones of Cedar and Pine. Serve well chilled for a clean and refreshing taste that calls out to be drunk with some great seafood or maybe a spicy Thai curry.

A  beautifully balanced dark beer with complex layers of taste that gives your taste buds hints of chocolate with some dark fruit notes coming through alongside the suggestion of caramel. All of that sweetness is then perfectly balanced by the hops that deliver citrus and spice. Don’t chill this one but try it with some rich chocolate cake or a fine stilton. If that doesn’t hit the spot then marinade some stewing beef overnight with it and pour it into a beef casserole, you won’t regret it.
